I came to Emotron directly after finishing my degree in Communications and Applications of Information Technology. I first started as an application engineer within cranes, and now also work with PLCs and bus systems.

I am part of a small team with a very good supervisor. I work with customer projects in which we advise customers in finding the best solution and design customized systems optimized for their specific applications. Part of my job is also to hold product trainings with customers.

For the moment, I spend most of the time programming, testing and commissioning external PLCs which are included in complete solutions based on Emotron drives. When working with crane applications, we design and construct a drive solution and sometimes even the whole electrical room. After testing we install the system and put it into operation.

The best thing about my job is the variety that comes from working with different customers and from combining programming work at the office with commissioning out in the field. This also means I have regular contact with other people and get to learn a lot about various processes. All these things contribute to making my work very interesting.

What I like best about Emotron is the candour and the open-minded and positive atmosphere. In the future I can see myself leading a team dealing exclusively with programming PLC systems and developing future software applications. My personal motivation comes from working in a creative an innovative environment, and from being part of continuously bringing our company forward.
