Efficient built-in brake chopper and direct torque control ensure soft stops without jerkiness. Speed is gradually reduced to zero and the load can be put down safely before the mechanical brake is even activated.
Minimized cycle times increase productivity
The direct torque control reacts extremely quickly to load variations and continuously regulate speed in relation to load. Torque is compared 40,000 times a second. The crane is always operated at maximum speed, minimizing cycle times without jeopardizing safety.
Unique functions offer increased efficiency and reduced wear. Normal full speed can be exceeded when the crane is empty or carrying a light load. A grab can be opened and closes while being hoisted and lowered. An electronic flange control ensures that the crane travels parallel to the rail.
