Direct torque control improves performance and productivity. Very fast and accurate speed and torque control handles peak loads and abrupt load changes. Efficient starts and stops without jerks are ensured. Built-in vector braking offers quick stops without external brakes.
Built-in protection from damage and downtime
A unique built-in shaft power monitor offers protection against damage and inefficiency. The monitor immediately detects over- and underload situations. A warning is sent or the motor is stopped if, for example, a crusher is jammed or a mixer blade is broken.
Compact and robust with IP54 protection
Integrating an Emotron CDX with your machine will save your customers considerable time, money and space. The compact and robust unit is IP54 classified and can be mounted in harsh environments. There’s no need for cabinets or long motor cables.
