With a service contract you are guaranteed a maximum response time from our service department, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This will minimize downtime and improve reliability. If a disturbance occurs one of our service technicians will arrive within the agreed time to attend to the problem. You will have peace of mind, knowing we are there to support you when needed.
With a maintenance contract you can turn unpredictable costs into fixed expenses. Preventive measures will also maximize the lifetime of your Emotron product. We will perform maintenance at the agreed frequency, including, for example, the review of mechanical and electrical connections, the equipment's cooling system, any environmental impact and the condition of wear parts. The agreement can include the exchange of worn-out parts without additional costs, or the offering of exchange parts at a set discount. All measures are documented and reported to you. We can also advise you on any improvements that would further enhance process performance.
