“Working at Emotron offers a great opportunity to work on different technology platforms."

" I Joined CG Mumbai, January 1st, 2007 and transferred to CG-Drives in November 2014.
I started my journey in CG as a Technology Manager for Railway product development (sensorless BLDC fan, digital axle counter, integrated power systems, etc.) and then moved to power business and developed few breakthrough products including 11kV power factor controllers with mechanical and thyristor control techniques. I was promoted to Senior Manager and got associated with drives and automation in 2014, where I have successfully lead my team to launch IP2Y. Presently, I am working on a high profile and high priority project facelift PPU for VSU and VFX products with smart phone application.

I enjoy the flexibility in involving innovative technologies for our existing product range.”

“I have been with Emotron/CG since the summer of 1995."

"When I came to Emotron, it was a small Swedish company with only 35 employees. It’s been an interesting journey, with both ups and downs.

I was hired to work in the warehouse with product packing and delivery. This had been previously handled by the people producing them, and there were no working procedures or equipment to support the job, so that was my first task at Emotron.

In 2011, I got the chance to move to the sales department, and I started as indoor sales for the Nordic and Export markets. And, since 2014, have I been working in the Swedish market, responsible for the water market and EMX. It’s a constant challenge to work at Emotron; you never know that will happen, from one day to another.

The best part of my years at Emotron has been having a flexible job where I’ve had the opportunity to affect my job, and work together with our customers. In both good times and in bad times.”
